We spend 5 days of our holiday in Karpas Peninsula and truly enjoyed exploring the area. The Karpaz National Park was amazing; there were birds, wild flowers and wild donkeys. We visited Apostolos Andreas Monastery, Golden Beach (spent a day on this fantastic long beach), Aya Trias Basilica, Ayios Philon, Zafer Burnu and Kastros Neolithic City, and discovered some other places we didn't even have a name for! We also had fantastic meals in local restaurants of Karpaz area, loved the fish and kebab! We would definitely recommend spending at least 3 days in the area.
We were recommended Blue Sea Hotel by Cyprus Holiday Advisor; the hotel had everything we needed – don't expect to find luxury hotels in the area!
